Commercial Litigation: Received a $4,500,000.00 trial award as damages for the wrongful conversion of a parcel of real property.

Real Estate: Assisted an existing client in the acquisition of a large warehouse in Brooklyn, New York that involved the clearance of a complex fuel spill which we were able to migrate to the adjacent property and obtain an undertaking for remediation. This transaction also had a component of a large tax abatement with New York City Industrial Development Agency and complex financing.
